Andrew D. Acuna - Liberty University Master’s Student
Supervised by Tiffany N. Smith, PhD, LMFT-S, LPC-S, NCC
With a background in pastoral ministry and 10 years of experience providing pastoral counseling, Andrew brings a compassionate and grounded presence to work with clients. His journey has included walking alongside individuals through seasons of spiritual want, life transitions, and emotional pain, and it’s from that foundation he approaches counseling with empathy, insight, and hope.
Andrew is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. He is completing his clinical internship at Flower Mound Counseling under the supervision of Dr. Tiffany Smith. His goal is to create a safe, supportive space for individuals to explore their stories, reclaim their voice, and move toward healing and growth—especially those navigating issues of faith, identity, and emotional resilience.
He believes deeply in the power of connection and the importance of honoring each person’s unique path and is committed to integrating clinical excellence with a trauma-informed, person-centered approach that respects the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Andrew works with individuals, couples, and families providing services through the FMC Financial Assistance Program.
